All ErikaLashay's custom orders are ship via USPS First Class Mail. Our flat rate shipping cost is $6.00.

ErikaLashay’s custom jewelry orders require 3-4 weeks of processing and handling time. These weeks excludes weekend and holidays. 

Processing time starts on the business day after your order is placed. 

After your order has been processed, it will ship on the next Wednesday.If your package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying $6.00 re-shipping fee. Please ensure the address is correct when submitting your orders. 

If your package states that it is delivered, ErikaLashay can no longer accept responsibility of that package. If a package is lost or stolen, please contact your local post office to file a theft claim.

CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY STORE POLICY

Placing an order with ErikaLashay means that you acknowledge that your order will ship after 15-20 BUSINESS days of processing time. Weekends and US holidays do not count as processing days. After your order is processed, it will ship on the next Wednesday. 

Example:

ErikaLashay places an order for a customized necklace on August 1st. Her order will be finished between August 22nd-29th. Once finished, she will receive a tracking number on the NEXT Wednesday following the 15th-20th business day.
