How long does it take to receive my customized jewelry?

ErikaLashay’s custom jewelry orders require 3-4 weeks of processing and handling time. These weeks excludes weekend and holidays. 

• Processing time starts on the business day after your order is placed. 
  
• After your order has been processed, it will ship on the next Wednesday.
  

How can get my jewelry sooner than 3-4 weeks?

We currently do not offer rush shipping. 

How many characters can my custom jewelry have?

Most styles allow 8-9 characters. If you would like more than 9 characters, please contact us.

Where do I enter the name I want on my custom jewelry?

Once you have added your custom necklace to your cart. 

Click checkout.

Scroll to the bottom of the page. 

At the end of the page, there is a "Notes To Seller" box. 

* Please enter your name EXACTLY as you want it to appear. 

I accidentally spelled my name wrong in the notes box! What can I do?

Please be sure to check for spelling errors before placing your order. All orders can be edited up to 6 hours after you have placed your order.

CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY STORE POLICY

Placing an order with ErikaLashay means that you acknowledge that your order will ship after 15-20 BUSINESS days of processing time. Weekends and US holidays do not count as processing days. After your order is processed, it will ship on the next Wednesday. 

Example:

ErikaLashay places an order for a customized necklace on August 1st. Her order will be finished between August 22nd-29th. Once finished, she will receive a tracking number on the NEXT Wednesday following the 15th-20th business day.

There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS or ORDER CANCELLATIONS on custom orders.
