When you place your order, please leave the name for the order in the “Notes to Seller” box or email the name to [email protected].

The format of the “Notes to Seller” box should be:
Font: Font 9
Name: ErikaLashay

Failure to provide the name for your order will cause a delay in the order. Also, if there is not a font provided, we will choose Font 9.

Be sure to check the the spelling before completing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect spelling. Orders cannot be changed/edited once placed.

The character limit for the necklace is 8. If you need more than 8 characters, please email us.

All necklaces come with a 16” chain.

** Once you order the necklace and it is processed, you cannot get a refund.

All custom orders require 15-20 business days of processing time. The processing time excludes weekends and holidays. The processing time for your necklace starts the following business day after you have placed your order.
